The Himalaya have challenged and humbled mankind long before mankind challenged the Himalaya. Thanks to the indomitable spirit of earlier mountaineers, the Himalaya today acts as a spiritual as well as a physical challenge to a fast growing number of explorers and mountaineers. Here, at the roof of the world, you can find over fifty peaks which tower 7000 meters high, and eight peaks with elevations of over 8000 meters.

With the scaling of Mount Everest by Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay Sherpa in 1953, the Himalaya have become a prime destination for mountaineering expeditions from every part of the world. Today, in Nepal alone, the government allows foreign alpinists to ascend 18 climbing peaks as well as 133 expedition peaks. In Tibet, a total of 44 peaks have been opened to cater for the needs of mountaineers.

For almost 20 years Adventure Zambuling Treks has catered for the needs of mountaineers in a professional and committed manner. Having organized numerous expeditions and trekking peaks in Nepal and Tibet, the company annually manages the logistics of around fifteen expedition teams from all over the world. The company has a 100% safety record and has seen good success rates. Notably, our company has provided the best possible service to our valued clients. For emergency situations, Adventure Zambuling Treks keeps its own fleet of rescue helicopters on standby for every trek and expedition in Nepal, with professional equipment at its disposal to minimize hazard. For Tibet treks and expeditions, we keep four-wheel drive vehicles on standby in case of emergency.
