I am Mr. Bacchu Tamang (Passang Tamang). I am the elder bother of Mr. Bhai B. Tamang. I was also born in Solukhumbu district of Nepal. I have been working with Bhai since he established his organization and I am one of the senior cooks of his organization. I have worked as a cook for more than 20 years. For a long time I have worked with Swedish, German and English people. I am also a store keeper for Adventure Zambuling Treks. I am very happy to see the client admiring the food I cooked after they taste it. I do have lots of cookery knowledge for the high altitude trekking and expeditions which I got from official training from the government of Nepal in 1991. Thank you and I hope I could get a chance one day to serve you the food cooked by my hands.
